Good, beautiful, high-quality products. However, I am disappointed with the new shipping methods. What's more, my last parcel was rerouted by the post office and was not at the agreed collection point! The times of this collection point did not correspond to my working hours so I had to ask to leave earlier and I lost time!

As far as shipping is concerned, we had offered home delivery to our customers for a few months, but we've gone back on our rates, as we did for your January order.
