The black that stands out may be due to the patina of the jewel.
We always clean the rings before sending them out, but the patina may remain.
You can remove this patina by rubbing the ring with a stainless steel scouring ball and washing-up liquid.
The more you wear your ring, the more beautiful and shiny it will become.
Don't use bleach or other bleach derivatives, as this will re-form the patina.

I'm very puzzled by your comment. The quality of our money is beyond reproach.
This is a first in over 15 years.

Some people blacken silver.
Of course, pure silver is particularly sensitive to this, but so is all genuine silver jewelry. If our jewels blacken on contact with you, they all will. It's oxidation, and it's even an indication that it's real silver, because silver has a characteristic oxidation. Even if it manifests itself differently depending on the quality and type of aggression.

As for the pain, it's directly reminiscent of an allergy. It's very rare for silver, but it does exist.

Where I have a problem is with your statement:
"I don't usually have a problem with money".
That's because the silver used by the Karen tribe we represent here is the purest in the world. You can be sure of this at any of the gold and silver buyers who swarm our cities. They test the grade with a liquid that tints the purer the silver. I can assure you that they've never seen a stronger tint than the silver we use here.

In conclusion, either you're in a statistically unprecedented situation, or you've handled a chlorinated or sulfurous product (swimming pool tablets, managerial or gardening products, etc.) which has blackened the silver and heated your skin.

But once again, the quality of our silver is beyond reproach.
I really invite you to take the buyers' test to see for yourself.
We've tested it many times in the laboratory. We have never obtained less than 98%.

I'm sorry that the bracelet doesn't suit you :( For the dullness, just use washing-up liquid and a stainless steel scouring ball. Normally, we make this bracelet shine well, but it's possible that this one got through - we're sorry.
For small defects, could you please send us photos? These are handmade jewels, so it's true that sometimes they may not be perfect, or exactly the same as the photo, as each piece is unique.

The jewels are patinated, we clean them to make them shine, but the problem is that it's a bit haphazard, because some of our customers like white and shiny, others more patinated, it's a bit complicated to satisfy all our customers the first time.
You can send us an e-mail at [email protected] asking us to return it for cleaning, and we'll give it back a nice shine with no problem :)

You can also do it yourself with a stainless steel scouring ball and washing-up liquid.
But really, it's no problem for us :)

First of all, I'm sorry you didn't like the model. You can return it free of charge and get your money back. Or you can exchange it for a thicker ring.

On the other hand, this model has not evolved over the years, it has always been like this. The silver is solid and of high quality, and the ring's reasonable thickness keeps it comfortable.
Rigidity is provided by the overall shape of the ring and its central "belt".

The price is directly linked to the weight of the ring, and is indexed to the price of the raw material. The price of silver has tripled in two decades, and is still rising. I understand that when you bought a handmade sterling silver ring on our site in 2016, it's not the same price today... Despite all this, we keep a very reasonable and fair margin.
But buying jewelry from us is still a good investment 😉 the quality is always there and it's jewelry you keep for life.
