They probably didn't have the size of bracelets I wanted, and instead of telling me, they sent me some that were too big...what a shame!

Thank you for your order and your comment 🙂 The silver used in our jewelry is 99.9% pure and 97% minimum when there is soldering (much higher than 92.5%). The purity of this silver gives the material greater malleability, which facilitates totally handcrafted production, zero risk of allergy and great durability.
On the other hand, for small, delicate pieces such as earring stems, they need to be handled delicately to avoid excessive deformation. To this end, we include a note on paper with the earrings, advising you on how to handle them, due to the purity and malleability of silver.

I'm sorry that delivery took longer than expected. Normally it takes 3 working days, and yours took 5 working days (Thursday December 5 to Thursday December 12). The festive period at the beginning of December overloads the post office, and it's true that delivery times are slightly longer. Outside the holiday season, delivery times are faster, although still longer than colissimo 😉.

The jewelry is beautiful. I ordered a ring and earrings. But if you don't mind me saying so, it's a shame that the 2 pieces of jewelry were put together in a single box. They were gifts, and I didn't have any gift-wrapping; the paper bag is certainly eco-friendly, but for a gift, a paper box would have been better... even if it meant paying extra...
