Ordered for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. Very professional. Received a call asking whether I was sure or not of my finger size. I wasn't, so they sent me a "ring sizer"! I'm sorry that delivery took longer than expected. Normally it takes 3 working days, and yours took 5 working days (Thursday December 5 to Thursday December 12). The festive period at the beginning of December overloads the post office, and it's true that delivery times are slightly longer. Outside the holiday season, delivery times are faster, although still longer than colissimo 😉.
