average quality jewelry for the price, especially on the quality of silver which is in my opinion not great quality ... even if it is true that solid silver is less "bright" than 925 it is really not up to the photos of the site ... and the clasp is very fragile ... the clasp is very fragile ... since it's already broken ... as far as customer service is concerned, I'm very pleased with philippe. as for the rest, I'm very pleased with the delivery and customer service.

Silver threads are made of pure silver. It's indeed supple, and that's precisely the main advantage of braiding. It's supple, without losing its rounded shape. It's easy to adjust to your body shape.
As we saw together over the phone, the hook had a punch that was too strongly marked. Now we put the punch on the body of the bracelets only 😉. I'll send you a new hook on Monday.
For the "less shiny" side mentioned, it's shining brighter every day ✨. Thick braids of fine wires offer many homes to the aged effect (oxidation made by the drawing craftsman). So this type of bracelet is indeed a little less shiny at first. You just need to keep it on for 3/4 weeks without interruption. Which is now your case 🙂

Good, beautiful, high-quality products. However, I am disappointed with the new shipping methods. What's more, my last parcel was rerouted by the post office and was not at the agreed collection point! The times of this collection point did not correspond to my working hours so I had to ask to leave earlier and I lost time!
