Silver threads are made of pure silver. It's indeed supple, and that's precisely the main advantage of braiding. It's supple, without losing its rounded shape. It's easy to adjust to your body shape.

As we saw together over the phone, the hook had a punch that was too strongly marked. Now we put the punch on the body of the bracelets only 😉. I'll send you a new hook on Monday.

For the "less shiny" side mentioned, it's shining brighter every day ✨. Thick braids of fine wires offer many homes to the aged effect (oxidation made by the drawing craftsman). So this type of bracelet is indeed a little less shiny at first. You just need to keep it on for 3/4 weeks without interruption. Which is now your case 🙂

We don't really have a loyalty service at the moment, but we're working on it.
On the other hand, our customers receive promotional mailings before new customers, and the percentages are different. That's our current loyalty system :)
As for the certificate, I assume you're talking about a certificate of authenticity, which we don't actually provide, because all our jewelry is hallmarked with our importer's hallmark, registered with the Nice customs guarantee office as proof of its authenticity and guaranteeing the quality and origin of the jewelry. Your comment is nonetheless pertinent, and we'll be looking into the matter.

Have you checked the back of each "blade" for the hallmark?
In general, we do it in a corner or on a discreet spot, so that it is not obvious on the jewel for aesthetic reasons. For these buckles, it's usually either a top or bottom corner, at the back of the blades.

It's true that I'm really surprised by what you're telling me, because the ring in question is a simple ring with no patina... it's strange. I can already reassure you about the quality of the silver: the ring is made like the others, in pure, solid silver. On the other hand, it can happen that a piece of silver jewelry becomes blackened by a product (certain household products, bleach, chlorine, etc.) or sometimes by one's own perspiration. But with quality solid silver, it's always possible to make up for it ;-) .

I am aware of your disappointment and I understand that the somewhat rough aspect of some of the jewels in the collection may come as a surprise, especially in comparison with jewels made from castings, and with modern machines and tools. I must inform you that this collection is unique, as it is entirely handmade, without casting and with rudimentary tools, almost as it was hundreds of years ago. These craftsmen are committed to working using the same techniques as their ancestors, thus perpetuating an age-old craft. Another typical aspect of this collection is the patina. This is achieved by blackening the jewel and then polishing it by hand, using bergamot leaves, or (for the most rigid pieces) metal fibers. This polishing technique gives a very special lustre to this collection. The result is a jewel that's a little rough, where you can guess the imprint of the person who fashioned it. But there's nothing to stop you reworking the jewel to suit your taste. For our part, we've decided to sell this collection as it was entrusted to us, out of respect for these craftsmen and their know-how. And I'm sure you'll understand our position.
