I'm only giving them 4* despite the quality of these rings - but all 3 are too big! In fact, you'll have to wear them on another finger or find reducers - even though we'd taken the correct sizes with the ring set we'd ordered from you! We don't understand ... maybe you sent us other sizes you had in stock? We'd love to know!

On the other hand, since pure silver is more malleable, we can't offer them for all our jewelry, which would be too soft and therefore too easy to deform. Yes, unfortunately. Please note that French vat is not included for countries subject to customs. For Switzerland, we have calculated that the price is the same as in France, starting at 150 Frs.

We do our best to make up for stock shortages. But it's not easy because of the way our products are made. Silver braiding bracelets, for example, are made by just three craftsmen. And it takes a long time. In fact, these are exceptional pieces ✨

We're improving year by year to allow for more stock. But Itsara is still a small company. It's still difficult for us to have a large stock of bracelets. Especially as we've chosen to offer a wide range of sizes.
