This was my first order on the Itsara website, so I was a bit anxious. I'm very satisfied, order sent quickly, very pretty jewels. What's more, when an item is out of stock, it's transparent because it's indicated on the site, unlike other sites that make you believe that all items are available when they're not. Was not received as notified on the site, carrier fault it is the site that chooses disappointed because not received for Christmas and honestly the quality not top I send it back but I wait until the post office is opened the package is ready to be shipped
