You knew the shipping price before buying as it is reflected in the cart, you also asked us by email and we replied that it is not free.
In such a competitive market, where it is difficult to gain and retain customers, don't you think we would love to ship products internationally for free and take over the Italian market? If we don't do it, it is simply for economic reasons.

The products sent carry a seal that marks the address with the phone number. Please inform yourself before accusing.
I can also assure you that, when placing monthly orders, our inventory lacks long-term stock and with it the degradation of the product as a consequence of the passage of time.
