The product arrived defective; we had to throw it away since it spent more than two weeks in a van saying they were delivering it and that we were not home, but unfortunately, there is always someone at home because my mother cannot leave the house. So with this heat and a delivery company that unfortunately is the worst in the city, two factors combined have made us throw 75 euros in the trash. You probably have a great product, but with such poor management as the one you hired for delivery, I don't think a product will ever arrive in optimal conditions.

I ordered a sliced ham by machine and received very few packs of ham... the box looked tampered with, showing the packs, and inside was a bottle of sparkling wine and a piece of Iberian chorizo and part of the bones of a ham... totally disappointed with my order.

The order took 10 days to arrive, and the product did not turn out to be what was expected. The packages did not have labels for packaging and expiration dates; the ham inside looked plastic, and the only thing 100% acorn was the black label that accompanied the bones, dry, very dry, which made me think it had not been sliced that same week, nor even the previous one. The price was not cheap. Very bad experience, not to recommend Jamón y Paletilla del Vendrell (Tarragona). Better to buy directly.

Among other products I bought, a pack of 10 containers of iberico cebo ham, which is very shocking, the packaging says 100% iberico, but then on the same label it says, ingredients: 100% iberico cebo ham (50% iberica breed), I don't know what this means, but also the mentioned ham has practically no salt, I started a second container in case it was different, but no, it tasted the same, therefore conclusion, a deficient product, especially if you pay 47.50 € per kilo.

1st order a success, 2nd low quality of the products from the Desire Iberico brand and I wanted to give it another chance, with this 3rd and the 100% iberian cebo shoulder from legado the worst I have tried, 80% is bacon, there is hardly any ham and I don't even know which side to cut to see some ham, too cured that it can't even be cut and flavor a 5. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last order here. They also said that in this order they would have a detail for me which they sent in the 2nd and they didn't have it either. I am honestly disappointed.

I bought three spicy sobrasadas from Mallorca. Invoice 08 1583 from 15/05/2025. The three sobrasadas have a bloomed piece and it honestly seems unbelievable that this happens in all three. I have bought from them several times and with this experience I doubt I will repeat any purchase or recommend them to anyone. Thank you
