The ham (shoulder) is the most horrendous I have had the unfortunate moment of ordering. Honestly, I didn't even want to comment, I simply will NOT buy again, period.. but since you sent me the message to give my opinion, I will. I bought on 8/4 3 Black Label Benito shoulders and they turned out to be a real mess!!! One of them is going straight to the trash, it is INEDIBLE. I have been calling since the 14th and writing to this company but I think it is a GHOST company since they do not respond to anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING.

I bought a whole ham that I ordered boneless on two occasions and the order arrived without the bones. On 9/4 I called to ask and they told me it was a mistake and that they would send me the bones without any problem, not receiving anything on 15/04 I sent them a message and they have not responded.
