They advertised Iberian shoulder black label, that is, maximum quality and what I received is of much lower quality. I feel deceived.

I buy shoulder on promotion. I start it on Friday, February 21. The shoulder is excessively cured, and, in my opinion, salty. I dig through the shoulder to try to find a better area. Difficult. I call customer service, explain the problem, they ask for photographs. I send photographs. They respond today and tell me that I have consumed more than 10% and that the manufacturer does not accept the return. It is not true that I have enjoyed more than 10% since what I cut was dry and salty. I did not like the solution :(

Honestly, it has been a huge disappointment. What should be gourmet Iberian is not even close, it is not even sure to be Iberian, and the gourmet slicing is machine-made and that's it. As I said, what a disappointment, obviously I will not repeat and I totally advise against it. The pity is that I ordered 20 packets of 100 grams, because it was supposed to be the boneless shoulder. And I have 17 left, which for what each one has cost me, seems like armed robbery. Anyway, I hope this review can help someone not to make the same mistake I did.

I already sent a letter to Jamón and shoulder and Sánchez Romero Carvajal and from what I see neither of them have read it. In my order, I requested pancetta and I received 80% is all white bacon and 8 centimeters thick and that is not the photo they put on their page, it shows pancetta with lean and thick between 3 or 4 centimeters. I have the order waiting for you to kindly collect it while sending me the pancetta that is shown in the photo and sending an invoice that states what product, kgs, and price. Hoping to continue operating with you and be satisfied. I await your prompt news, regards.

Customer service is nonexistent. The carrier delivered the order to the wrong address and we had to manage the problem ourselves. On top of that, what they sold us as an 'offer' was a dry ham that they wouldn't sell in person. It's a hassle to try to contact again. Be wary. Never again. I recommend contacting by phone before buying to test the 'Customer Service' you will find if there are problems.

I requested a 100% Iberian shoulder that was not too cured or too fatty. It came very hard, all fat and salty. I requested a return and they replied that I should send them photos to claim from their manufacturer. Something that I do not find correct. I purchased the product from this company and they are the ones who have to respond and have the responsibility to solve this. And not wait for their supplier.
