I ordered a shoulder, it arrived a couple of days later than they told me. Once at home, when I touched it, I found it very soft, I weighed it (with the paper and the cover) and it weighs 3.5 kg, if I remove the cover and paper it loses at least 300 grams. On the website, they said it was between 3.5 kg and 4 kg and it weighs 3.200.... I sent them emails and they don't respond, I call them and they don't answer... In summary, misleading advertising and terrible after-sales service. I hope that what remains of the shoulder, after removing the fat, is at least good....

The information regarding the shipment was deficient. The shipment was announced in 24/48h, and it took 18 days. Transportation problems can be understood due to bad weather, but I was not notified at any time and had to call several times, even to an email I sent because I couldn't get a response by phone.
