I understand that you are not inside the packages.... but calling a piece of raw meat in a vacuum pack a shoulder is shameless. And the Iberian bacon at 12 euros per kilo (in the neighborhood I buy it 6 euros cheaper) tastes like old! I don't know how you can market a product like this. I ordered to try (thank goodness I ordered little). It is clear that I will never buy again.

I have always bought shoulders and other products on this website and the product, the treatment, the pickup at the Calafell market store, the gifts for going to pick it up... were very good. In the last order I placed, my surprise when I went to pick it up, I always do it this way since I live near the market store, was unpleasant: it turns out that the company has split into two people and the products have very different prices if you order them on the website jamonypaletilla.com compared to how they sell them in the physical store of the Calafell market. I paid almost 10€ more for my shoulder, in the store they had the same, cheaper and with a gift. I called to discuss it and they offered me discount vouchers for future purchases, of a 5% discount, even so it is still cheaper to buy it in the market store and they also have their own website. In the end, although the treatment and the product were always good with jamonypaletilla.com, the customer goes where they can save money on the same product.

Incomplete order. With a review pending what is missing. And I no longer know what is missing and it is paid for. If they couldn't serve it, return the corresponding part.

The shoulder is good but I requested knife cutting and paid for it and the cut of some pieces is very thick and with nerves that make it hard to swallow.

I bought for the first time in this store a lot of Iberian cebo ham 50% Iberian breed "Deseo Ibérico" (made by Los Romeros de Jabugo) in slices of 25 packs (advertised as "brutal offer") with 2 gifts included. The shipment was perfect in time and form, with a sealed sturdy box and vacuum-packed in bags (except for the bones, as air got into their vacuum bag). The ham...a total disappointment. The supposed Iberian marbling is absent. It has no appearance, aroma, flavor, or aftertaste of Iberian. We have eaten many tastier and less salty Serrano hams, and almost any Duroc ham (without D.O.) surpasses it. We have gone through 3 packs and have already lost "the illusion" with which we placed the order...so it will be hard to finish it. We misjudged the expectations of this product (at double the price of other similar ones in taste and quality, despite the "offer") and it is clear that we will not repeat...and we hope this serves as a warning for others. We still have to try the "gifts" (cheese wedge and acorn-fed ham bits) to see if they improve the impression we took away...

A fraud. Of the 5 kilos of piece, 4 are covering fat, so you almost throw the whole thing in the trash. A true disaster. I mean, to repeat.

The last purchase I made was a total disappointment. The ham is dry, very cured, but very. As I said, a total disappointment for the family and we will consider whether to continue being customers.

I had to travel to Santander from Castro-urdiales -60 km-; since one day they said the address was incorrect, when three weeks ago they delivered another order of yours the next day. And in the next message, they said we were absent, when I spent the whole day at home. They also informed me there that they were not a suitable company for food that could be perishable, so I recommend that you change transport companies or you will lose customers, since if you have to travel 60 km to pick up the product, I doubt there will be many people willing to do it.

I bought a ham of 7 to 8 kilos and the total weight I received was 4.5, it doesn't reach. I tried to contact you by phone and the answering machine always comes on.
