Los Pedroches - and I expected much more from the ham, it had little fat and the flavor wasn't very special either. So I thought of buying a better one, I bought a: Paleta de Bellota 100% Iberica DESEO IBÉRICO Pata Negra Certificada. I ordered it at the right point to consume and it arrived very raw, I can't eat it... So my joy is in a well. There it is, let's see if it ripens and I can eat it because I try every week but after the second slice it's raw... what a shame really

About the shipment perfect, within the indicated deadlines. I ordered a shoulder that weighed between 4-4.5 kg and I received one of 3.85 kg with straps, packaging, etc. I complained and they changed it for me, very quickly, my surprise when it arrives and weighs 100g more... I think if I complain it is to take it into account and send the shoulder with its correct weight, not that even the second time it has its weight... anyway, not buying again solves it.
