A package got lost, the Navidul ham tasteless, no flavor

They sent me a cheese I didn't order, of lesser weight and they say it's of the same quality and that in another order they will refund the weight difference. I request a return and they do not respond. The Jabugo shoulder is very hard and dry. I won't buy more!!!

They took 6 days to deliver and the ham is a bit salty, honestly, the experience has not been good at all.

The ham packages do not say where they are from, they do not bring identifying labels, I also ordered a batch of Los Romeros de Jabugo and they sent me another from Ecija, nothing worth buying, it's a scam.

The quality of the products is far below what I expected.

I bought a 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed ham and I received a piece of meat, uncured...

They have not refunded me the money for a shoulder of minimal quality and some inedible raw sausages. I returned it less than 24 hours after receiving it. I still do not have the money refunded. Very unhappy. I hope to see my refund on the 26th as soon as possible. I am very upset

The problem does not lie in their service, but the ham I purchased as a gift, Navidul 7-8 kg, was not well cured, it lacked curing. I have complained, we will see what happens.

They delivered it to me 10 days later ruining a celebration. The 400g cheese was 300 and a bit; the shoulder pure bacon. I requested the return and a week later they haven't even responded.

I'm sorry to say it, but the Iberian shoulder was very 'dry' and tasted very salty, and it was a gift for my parents who did not enjoy it.

After fifteen days without hearing from you about an order, no one can contact you either by phone or email, you don't pick up the phone, you don't respond to emails, I think it's terrible

The ham is salty and has a bit of a rancid taste. As if it had been stored in a moldy place. The cheese is good. I haven't tried the bacon yet. I doubt I will buy again.

The truth is I expected more, better flavor being acorn-fed Iberian.... I have eaten better acorn-fed shoulders than this one.

The shoulder is dry and without meat, I asked for it to be started and it came normal. The only good thing was the delivery that arrived on time.

The hams come covered in mold.

I paid for 7 to 7.5 kg.. And the one that arrived weighed 7 kilos and 87 grams. I asked for it to have fat and what I received was a Sílfide.

Very salty cebo ham.

The shoulder, the back part was not matured and we couldn't eat half of the shoulder, I would appreciate if someone could give me an explanation, as I understand these things shouldn't happen. Regards and thanks!!

The buying process was correct, the carrier was terrible, a week after shipping I am still waiting for the package.

Very dry. It's barely bacon, and the meat of the ham is very dry. The dishes seem like a ham from a €1 package.... Last year I bought a shoulder and we liked it so much that this year we bought a ham and it was very bad. I also recommended this page to my brother-in-law and the same, he received a very dry shoulder.... very poor quality this year to be honest.

But I repeat it here. • I have been trying to talk to you for more than two days, no response to emails, no response to the answering machine message... terrible attention. • Today I had to solve the GLS issue on my own because you made a mess with the packages because you put 43 and in three boxes there were instead of one, two packages and therefore they held the merchandise in GLS for a week. • You put the address wrong in the shipment, I told you it had to be sent to C/Polibea 7 and you put in the address of the corporate name C/ Elfo 116. • And lastly (which I found the most shabby thing in the world) is that you send me the lot in cardboard boxes, as if it were a butcher shop, can you tell me how I give a Christmas box with a white box as if it were carrying loin strips??? I had to struggle to find a packaging place and buy empty ham boxes and I have to prepare everything myself. At the bottom you put *GOOD PRESENTATION IDEAL FOR GIFTING*, seriously???? I apologize for the lengthy response, but even the response to the email later did not seem the most correct to me, after all the trouble you caused me.

The ham is very hard and very salty. I will not buy again.

Good quality of the products, I have been a customer for several months and everything comes well packaged, I recommend without any doubt.

The shoulder is tough.
