The product, a shoulder, was bacon and the ham was very hard. Dry, 100% Iberian breed in a box of Pozo Legado of 50% Iberian breed, a scam, I returned it because they don't answer the phone, I called 5 times.

I bought two products and one arrived well, the other with mold for not being well sealed. After days trying to contact, it is impossible for me since no one answers the phone or the messages they ask you to leave on the answering machine. It's a shame but I will look for other supplier options for the future.

It is unacceptable to place an order on November 24, 2023, and as of today, December 14, I still have not received it.

Several items from the order arrived damaged and crushed.

The shoulder arrived a bit drier than expected.

The shoulders were super narrow, with very little meat, and they sent me a selection of Iberians when it was supposed to be another batch.

This time the ham was so tender that it looked like fresh meat, a disaster. If it has been great other times.

Terrible packaging, 2 boxes arrived broken. Thin cardboard without protection. Two of the hams were completely exposed. We will not buy again.

I still can't comment on the products as I haven't tried them yet, but I'm not happy because the loin was smaller than the minimum it could be since the pieces could range between 350 and 450 gr, however, the one sent weighed 320 gr.

The ham has turned out to be very very very salty, what a shame.

The ham is not at the curing point it should be for a minimum of 15 months. In the thinnest part (which is supposed to be more cured) it is soft. The flavor of the ham is noticeable that it is good but it is not well cut nor is it as it should be to the palate, it is soft....

The shoulder arrived without vacuum, and since in transport and delivery it is days without refrigeration, it arrived with liquefied fat, etc.....

I ordered several cheeses and one Iván two wedges together and it is bloomed.

The ham is very small. It is not the one I ordered.

I made the order with vacuum slices, and I find a package of a whole piece. I had to pay a butcher to cut it for me. Because you didn't answer the phone. And I know you are not going to publish this, because the last review you have posted is from years ago.

I made two orders spending €120, one of them came with a chorizo with the vacuum punctured and full of mold, the other order was missing a product and the solution they gave me was to make another order of at least €60 so they could send me a chorizo of €3... I don't think this is a way to solve a problem for which they just lost a customer who surely if everything had been fine would buy from them every year.

The order did not arrive according to the specifications indicated in the description of the batch. They could have contacted us first to see if we wanted it or, on the contrary, canceled it.

The ham looks like morcón, it is drier than a mojama. I do not recommend it at all, a real disappointment. I also ordered a chocolate nougat and it arrived completely broken.

The buying process was correct, but my order has not yet arrived. I was absent on the delivery day and it is impossible to contact the courier company.

I have bought several times from jamónypaletilla, if I remember correctly, satisfactorily. On this last occasion, the ham did not weigh 5 kg, my scale showed 4.6 with the net and the bag on. Since it is a luggage scale, I didn't want to claim anything, because it can have a small error. When I started it, it seemed very cured, and when I got to the part of the shank, it was rotten. Honestly, I was disappointed.

I bought two Coppa Joselito, weight 1.25kg-1.5kg. One coppa was 1340gr, that's correct, the other 1025gr. He offers me a coupon for the next order. The previous order I ordered Joselito product and he sent me another product of inferior quality. Every time there is a problem.

The piece they sent me was not cured yet starting from the least fatty area, raw meat. Normally they send me good products and I was very happy but on this occasion being a ham even more expensive than the previous ones, I was left dissatisfied.

It is very hard, I started cutting it from the thinnest part and it was so hard that it was almost impossible to cut, I hoped that the thicker part would be better but it is an inedible part due to its hardness, very good flavor in my opinion, it is overcooked.

I have ordered several times and I have always been happy. In any order, some incident may arise. This is the first time it has happened to me, but one of the 7 products I ordered came with damaged packaging, having lost the vacuum and with the consequent bad condition and smell. I contacted the email of jamonypaletilla, sent photos, and after 2 weeks, they still haven't replied. On another occasion, through the contact on the website, I reported an incident about the erroneous functioning of their page on a PC and on Android. I also did not get a response. The quantity of the damaged product is small, but not having replied gives the impression of neglect in customer service.

I bought 100% Iberian breed "La unión 1890" acorn-fed ham on October 29. I received the ham with a white tie and on the label there is a small sticker with the percentage of 100% covering the figure of 50%. Today the ham is offered at the same price but the true percentage of 50% Iberian breed has already been modified. Judge for yourselves.
