The shoulder is dry and salty, it shouldn't be for sale.

It is too salty. Hardly edible. A disappointment.

I received acorn-cured bacon close to expiration. Very unhappy about this, I will not order again. I do not rate with stars because of this. You cannot send a product at the end of March, with an expiration date for the end of April, an impossible amount for me to use in such a short period

Scammers. I bought a reserve ham offered at 50% and they sent me a warehouse ham with less curing. I contacted them providing screenshots of the offer where it indicates and they replied that this is what they have.

I regret not being able to give a favorable opinion this time since I took very little advantage of the shoulder. Clean slices did not come out and on top of that the meat was tough. I did not complain hoping it would improve as I kept cutting. I make this clear because the staff is super friendly and I am sure they would have attended to my complaint if I had made it.

I ordered a shoulder of 10 Vetas. The website stated that they were shoulders weighing between 3.5 kgs and 4 kgs. Upon receiving it, there were 10 packets weighing 1 kilo with plastic. The broken bone and everything added up, bone + 10 packets of slices in plastic + 2 bags of ham cubes weighed 2.4 kgs. It is impossible for the shoulder to be 3.5 kgs (the minimum according to the website), and if it was, part of the ham did not come to my house. I will not order it again. It is not serious.

The shoulder came very dry... inedible!

I bought a boneless Duroc ham, the good thing about this breed is the fat infiltration, I have enjoyed this type of ham a lot. But I have to say that this ham you sold me has zero fat infiltration, the taste is not bad but nothing compared to what I consider a Duroc breed ham. Totally disappointed.

Several doubles were not well vacuum packed, and the sibrasada was moldy. It's a shame because in previous orders everything had been fine, but I will not buy again.

I bought a JOSELITO shoulder but it is not at all what I expected, I will not buy it again.

The taste of the sliced shoulder is not bad but it doesn't taste like ham. I wouldn't know how to describe the flavor. It's a kind of smokiness that we don't like at all. The service and shipping have been very correct but certainly if I repeat I will not choose that shoulder/brand again. Regrettable.

My name is Cristóbal Martínez Pozo, I am a pilot and instead of always going home loaded, I found your company that supplies quality things for my children. I started enjoying the last order for the cheese that you sell that we like the most, the Ahuyentalobos. I am contacting you to let you know that this cheese has turned out to be "a little" rancid, spoiled. It needs to be cut quite a bit (about a finger thick) from the outside to remove that flavor. I do not intend to receive a discount for next time, nor a new cheese, nor even a refund. Just to let you know that you may have received a spoiled batch or you have stored it for too long. A product for which I pay €69 must be of exceptional quality.
