Raw ham and greeting. Very very bad. Cheap is expensive in this case. It is not worth buying here at all.

A scam of a page. They censor all negative opinions of their products, so it is a lottery what you receive. Tremendous lack of honesty and professionalism.

I sent an email saying that the wood board color did not correspond at all with what was advertised and ordered.. After a week I am still waiting for a response...

A rip-off. You buy a product that they advertise on their website, and they send you a different one. You call and the mailbox is full. You send emails and, first they say it is a mistake, and then they no longer respond. I will never buy from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Bad, the shoulder arrived correctly, but instead of the goat cheese I ordered they sent me 2 wedges of sheep cheese totaling 400g. I requested clarifications for this and they sent me an email indicating that they did not have it in stock and that they had sent me 3 wedges totaling 650g of the same product. I sent a photo of what was actually sent telling them that the product was not the same, I bought goat and they sent me sheep, both are cheese though. So far I have received no response.

Very bad experience. I bought a batch of 20 packets of iberian ham from Benito and it is the worst quality ham I have eaten in a long time. No curing at all and practically tasteless, it's like eating fresh meat. I will not buy again

Good evening, I had to go to Nacex Cartagena in person to pick up the order. What I don't understand is why, if there was an issue with the package, you as a company were not able to communicate to me that there was a problem with its arrival, whether by email, call, sms... Moreover, I had to contact you to see where it was. It has been with Nacex since December 12 until today December 20 in a pallet without being vacuum packed. I don't think that's appropriate, because besides, this was a gift that I could no longer give and I had to buy it elsewhere. I have checked the address and at no time is it incorrect, I receive many packages at home with that same address. I communicate this to show my discontent and my bad taste in my mouth being my first order with JamonyPaletilla. I hope this does not happen again with another person.
