It turned out a bit hard

Salty and very cured. A ham of that price should be much better.

The order was delivered in poor condition, broken box

The slices were very thick and also came with some package with the rancid part in the slices.

I ordered a ham that was out of the ordinary thinking it would be Iberian (like the one in the photo) and they sent me one that is not. I have been trying for days to contact them to clarify what happened and they do not answer the phone. I don't give them fewer stars because it can't be done.

It was supposed to arrive on 22/12 It still hasn't arrived!!!

I have sliced more than 500 hams (for business), certified by Sanchez Romero Carvajal, I mention this because I can differentiate one ham from another, and I know what I buy. But in this order, I am very dissatisfied, (all the other orders went very well), because it is a completely dry ham, the muscle is 100 times drier than the contramuscle, a ham without color, dry, and difficult to digest, with the slices so thin that you can read a book behind it. This order has been quite disappointing.

Well, very dry, too salty, not even good for cooking. It seems we got the bad luck.

It is dry, very hard and salty, and I ordered 5.5 to 6 kg and it arrived with 5.2 kg. A disappointment

Very salty paletilla

The shoulder did not come like all the others, and the hams that I have bought all my life, wrapped in a cotton cloth, but it was generously smeared with fat and put in plastic! IT TURNED OUT DRY. Nothing like those from previous years. Is it the leftover from last year? A disappointment.

I received my order 26 days after making the purchase.

Inedible product and terrible support. I bought a 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham (5-5.5 kg) for 245 € and the experience has been very bad. The ham is of very poor quality, with excess fat and bone, practically without usable meat and with a flavor and texture that make it inedible. Not even a minimal part of the piece can be used. On top of that, the customer support is terrible. I have contacted by email and phone, they told me to call back if I didn't get a response and, after more than 7 days, they have not given me any solution or instructions on what to do with the product or how to return it. The ham is still sitting there, unable to be consumed. I do not dispute that the product is legal according to the label, but it does not meet the quality or the minimum expectation of a ham of this category and price at all. The lack of response and customer attention further worsens the experience. I will not buy again nor do I recommend this store.

Impossible to be worse

I have requested to return it because it is not in a condition to consume, it is hard, dry and a bit salty. They asked me for some photos of the product, I sent them and I am waiting for them to come to return it.

The paletilla is very dry and hardly has any ham flavor. Salty!

The ham is rancid, I hope they refund my money when it arrives

A first order placed at the end of October was perfect and arrived on time, this second order placed on November 27 arrived on December 23 almost a month after I claimed it two or three times

I want to return a ham, it has gone bad

They sent 3 hams different from the ones I ordered

I didn't like the product very much

This is the second shoulder we bought, the first 100% Iberian, really good and that's why we decided to buy again. This second one 100% black label, is not worth the price we paid, it was undercured, almost tasteless, a shoulder for which I wouldn't pay more than 70€. I usually don't give my opinion, I just stop buying, but when they offered me the possibility in the email I took the opportunity. What a shame. Regards and happy holidays.

The ham is harder and drier than mojama, I will never buy again on this page. That ham was not meant for sale.

I don't like to criticize negatively most of the time but on this occasion I have to do it since the ham is very lacking in curing. A soft ham is not a ham, it is meat. Besides, the flavor is not 50% acorn, I say this with knowledge since I have bought many in my life. So except for the fact that they sent more weight than requested, it weighed 8kgs when I requested 7-7.5, I cannot add favorable facts.

very dry

I have been disappointed because the paletilla is very dry. It tastes good but I feel sorry that it is so dry. It gives the impression that they wanted to get rid of it and I have been the fool to whom they sent it.

I called them this morning and they did not answer, nor on the website. The shoulder has no flavor or salt. I want to return it

Very bad shoulder. Raw on one side and dry on the other. I have no desire to buy again

It has been a great disappointment, the ham was too cured, dry, salty and with no fat at all. We cut it into pieces and froze it to use in stews. Although we really should have returned it. But it's too late. I want to document our complaint. Belén
