Delivery was made to my home, and the ham was too dry, so I am disappointed with this order.

Disappointing

This is the fourth time I buy and the truth is that I got it right all the times, this time it didn't turn out good, for me it lacked ripeness. Specifically, it is the Paletilla Don Benito.

This is the 4th order, the previous three were very good, in this case it is super salty and inedible

The meat is very tough. I will not buy again. The taste is correct.

I didn't buy Don Benito because of the expectation of black layer but it's not better, it's normal.

The best part was how quickly it arrived but the ham I threw in the trash was dry I tried to connect with you but there was no phone or anything.

For my taste, too much bacon, too much fat, the flavor is not bad but I have tried much better and cheaper.

It has become very flat when deboning, it doesn't come out as a nice fillet and is a bit salty

I TELL THEM TO GIVE ME A TIME, AND I WILL BE HOME, AS WE ALL HAVE OUR JOBS. THEY GIVE ME THE OPTION TO PICK IT UP WITH A TIME WINDOW OF 4 HOURS (4 TO 8) A FEW KILOMETERS FROM MY HOUSE. FOR ALL THE ABOVE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAS NOT AN ORDER THAT WILL BE PLACED AGAIN.

The ham did not weigh between 8/9 kg, quite smaller. The flavor is very average. The cheese doesn't have much taste.

I bought the ham 10 veins 100% Iberian but I was very disappointed. The ham is very dry, weighed 7.07 just (I bought from 7 to 7.5) and the truth is that the slices come out very stiff and dry. We have a lot of experience with hams and the truth is that we took a risk with this one and it turned out bad. Very fast shipping but product quality below expectations.

The truth is that this shoulder is very hard and tough. It's a big disappointment!

For now I give it a two, I started the ham from the Contramaza and the ham is good but it is all lean, it has no fat which for me is essential in a ham to get those good flavors. I hope that on the side of the maza some fat comes out and I can enjoy even if it's a little of the ham.

It is salty and some blister is not good

The shoulder is inedible because it is super dry. It has been a bad purchase. I feel cheated. I will not buy again and I will recommend it even less. Money down the drain. Warning to future buyers. Goodbye.

I started to taste a little salt, and now, quite salty

The product is great, as always, but it took more than 2 weeks to receive the package because the carrier had it but no one notified me, and on top of that it was because I called to complain. 2 weeks stored the ham in a warehouse, with the heat that is going on and who knows in what conditions...

For being a Jabugo ham (Capa Negra) and the price it has, it is excessively soft and not tasty. Quality relation - price: null

I made the same order as last time but it has nothing to do with it, this one is very salty and the taste changes a lot (for the worse)

Excessively dry ham. Loses flavor, gains salt and hardness.

Very tender after changing it for another of lesser weight, I will look for other pages, not convinced customer of these shoulders

The shoulder is aged, it doesn't have a good taste and also some packages didn't come well vacuum sealed. The truth is that I was disappointed. I took it vacuum sealed for a vacation and it is not good.

I bought a pack of cheese and ham. The cheese was fine but the ham arrived vacuum sealed and super raw, it lacked at least 4 months of curing.

They sent me a ham close to expiring. I bought it because I traveled this month. And the expiration date is for August... The offer was very good, but I see that what they do is give you ham that is already going rancid. And with what I bought, obviously I won't have time to eat it, I will surely have to throw it away later. I didn't like that detail at all. They sent me excess that was going to spoil.

I bought a shoulder of 4 to 4.5kg and when I had it in packages it was left at 3kg with the bones and everything...

The ham packages were not from the same piece as the bones and the chunks, they were of worse quality, a bit aged

This order has not been as successful as the previous one. We think that at some point the cold chain must have been broken or maybe it's the brand but the taste of the ham leaves a lot to be desired. It ended up for dinner with a farm animal

It is a recommendable product, the delivery was fast.. I decided to try the black leg shoulder and it is very good, I recommend it
