The loin came to me in bad condition, poorly packaged in a vacuum, completely sour

This is the third time I order a Paleta from Joselito. This time, however, it was cut and vacuum sealed. I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, this shoulder has hardly anything to do with the ones I usually order. I would describe the Paleta as bland, almost insipid. Normally, a Joselito has a strong spicy flavor. Next time I will order a whole Paleta again. That way you will know what you have. However, the service from JamonyPaletilla is excellent, as always.

I bought 30 packages. They expire in a month and a little. Also, so far I have had to throw away 2 that must have been poorly packaged and were in bad condition. I don't know if there will be more.

For service and customer attention, I am satisfied. But for the shoulder quality 100% Iberico acorn from the Benito brand, disappointed, neither in flavor nor fat infiltrations (totally white), the worst acorn by far that I have tried, the black label for decoration.

It has been a mini lot apart from the ham holder without varnish or anything, for its price it is not too bad

I bought a black label ham and it comes without a label, I write to them and they do not respond.

The order arrived quickly but does not match what I bought since I paid for a shoulder of 5.5 to 6 kilos and received one of 5.3.

I felt deceived by what I received

Fast shipping and, as always, no problems with jamonypaletilla... however, I did not like the duroc shoulder at all... others I have ordered before - black paw, ibericos benito - much better... of course the little chorizos from src are excellent...

We have already bought the same product (paleta diez vetas) several times and it usually turns out very good, but this time it came out very dry. I don't know if we will buy it again

The first ham I bought was good. I ordered a second one and it came vacuum packed, it was quite dry and the flavor was much lower than the first.

They sent me a 100% Iberian field-fed shoulder, the top part smelled bad and the bottom part was bland for what it was, plus a lot of fat, and I called and they treated me terribly and even laughed at me, I will never buy here again and I do not recommend it to anyone. They told me that if I wanted to return it, I would pay for the shipping and if they found it suitable, they would return it to me. I started that the shoulder was really shameful and the laughing over the phone about my complaint is denounceable. My opinion is do not buy here.

Despite being a shoulder with brand guarantee (Sanchez Romero Carbajal), it is a very very salty shoulder.

I have bought many of these in other stores and none as bad as this one, very dry, with no fat at all, honestly it didn't look like a 4 seasons. The ham did not come in the usual brand case as advertised. Moreover, at the time of purchase, they advertised a ham weighing more than 8.5 kg and what they sent weighed only 6.3 kg. Never again.
