The star is for the cheese. The ham is 3 times saltier than normal, and it is almost impossible to cut because it is so hard. A fraud. In my opinion, they sell you half a cheese for 50 euros, since those hams are selection waste.

Recently I received one of your ACORN shoulders, upon opening it I found 250 grams of fat before seeing the lean meat, when I got to the lean it was excessively cured for being such a recent shipment of an acorn unit, that said, the price offer was good and the shipping logistics incredible, very fast. At first it was fine, but now, I bought a Joselito shoulder of 4-4.5kg and I only received 16 packets, just over a kilo and a half. I feel like there is a lack of product. Hand-sliced. The same thing happened to me with the previous Sanchez Romero. I don't think I'll buy here again. Also, they come without a sticker or anything on the packets. Who tells me that they are Joselito.
