The product is good... but the weight on the website said 5kg to 5.5kg and the actual weight weighed on the scale is 3.2kg... very far from reality. I am a regular customer and I will think carefully before buying again on your website. Sincerely, Jordi.

The ham has good taste and is well salted but very dry which indicates that they sent me a ham that has been waiting a long time in storage, it also leads to error that they describe it as black label when the leg tie is white, in short a disappointment, I think it was a mistake to buy their product that does not meet the quality I expected but I also know it is a mistake I will not make again.

I have bought several times in this store with good results, but my last order of Lot 2 Iberian Cebo Ham 50% Iberian Breed Iberian Sliced + Payés Sausage 500gr. (FORMAT: MACHINE SLICED) leaves much to be desired, I have eaten much better normal ham, it is hard, with hardly any flavor or fat, in short, I would not buy again.

I received it and it was stale, I was vomiting and feeling unwell, evacuating, after more than a week of claiming they pick it up and take it away, yesterday they finally picked it up, but I still have not been refunded the 110€ I paid for the shoulder.

One of the 3 hams that came in our order did not meet the acceptable curing time, lacking many months. This was confirmed to us at the International School of Ham Cutters. It's a shame because the other 2 hams were very good and this practice gives an unfair negative touch to the customer experience.

This is the third time we buy on your page, I bought the lot where they say the shoulder weighed around 3.5 to 4 kg, when I opened the box I noticed that it was very small we weighed it and it barely weighed 3 kilos. However, other times they arrived correctly.

Disaster. I paid for field-fed ham and they gave me cheap feed. Now I don't have the ham I wanted nor the extra money I paid. I waited 15 days, so I don't think I have to return it from Croatia and go through all that again for a month.
