Good morning....the ham I bought a few days ago is....too......excessively salty. At first, it seemed like the salt shaker had fallen on it. Afterwards, although still too salty, it has moderated.

I received the ham on time and without problems. When I started it, I found a slight taste of humidity. I called and reported the problem, as I was passing near the warehouse I asked if I could stop by to change it. Once there we did a tasting with the warehouse managers and the taste had diminished but I still didn't find it good at all. I do not recommend it, I'm sorry. If they had changed it for me and it tasted the same I would have thought the same. If for them it was correct, I think it's fine, but it's not the taste we are used to. I will try other options.

First of all, I ordered a ham weighing between 6 kg and 6.5 kg, the ham that arrived was less than 6 kilos. The ham is tasty but has little fat. I always put in comments that the delivery guy should notify me at least 15 minutes in advance and he never does, I always have to go pick up the package or run after the delivery person. Thank you

I bought and paid for a shoulder, theoretically 100% Iberian. I have bought many and this one is not even close. For the price, €81.50 for 3.5 or 4 kg. It surprised me a lot. Indeed, my palate has confirmed the low quality of this shoulder. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER AGAIN.

I placed the order on August 5 and did not receive it until the 20th and without the surprise gift, maybe the SURPRISE is not receiving it. Well, for being black label as they say... mine is lean like reserve serrano ham. I start the counterweight and the meat is completely lean, nothing interspersed between the meat and the fat. In terms of flavor, since it has no fat, it is dry and has no flavor. The salt point is good and the curing is perfect. But not for what is sold as black label.
