Unfortunately, it is not the quality I expected, I was surprised by the low price for an acorn ham. Seeing the expiration date (May 2025) I understood, the fat was somewhat yellowish and the good flavor it would have had in November 2024 (packaging date) has completely dissipated. I would not repeat the purchase. Best regards.

I bought an Iberian ham of 7.5 kg for 155 €. It indicated that it had a curing of 36 months. It arrived well packaged and within the expected delivery time. But the ham did not have a curing of 36 months, I think it didn't even have 24, I started it from the knuckle and it was very soft and the meat was mushy, that is, poorly cured. This ham had high expectations and has been a failure, it's not worth even 100 €. Disappointing.

Well, the case is that I need an explanation of how a shoulder of 6.5 to 7.00 kg sends me a weight of 1100g of ham. I consider that the loss is excessive so I would like an explanation please. Judge for yourselves. Unheard of is the word, after more than 40 years in the restaurant business I have never seen such exaggerated loss.

The product is of good quality, but regarding the speed of shipping, it has been poor since I received it at my home more than 10 days after placing the order when the shipping information on the website indicates that the delivery time in the peninsula is 24-48 hours. Improve that delivery service or change the information on the deadlines so that customers know what to expect.
