I bought a shoulder that was very good, but when buying the ham of the same brand, the latter came quite raw. I understand it can be complicated to see, but in this case the ham was ordered boneless and the person who will debone it should have noticed that the curing of this ham was not correct. I have always bought in this store without problems.

My opinion is that I made an order, the items in the batch were very good, but the shoulder turned out bad and after waiting many days I had to throw it away due to the bad smell and no trace of them after asking for a refund.

About the shipment perfect, within the indicated deadlines. I ordered a shoulder that weighed between 4-4.5 kg and I received one of 3.85 kg with straps, packaging, etc. I complained and they changed it for me, very quickly, my surprise when it arrives and weighs 100g more... I think if I complain it is to take it into account and send the shoulder with its correct weight, not that even the second time it has its weight... anyway, not buying again solves it.

The product arrived with dents or scratches on the board, due to poor packaging, when I buy something the first thing I expect is for it to arrive with better packaging, not as if it were a returned product (which may be the case). Other than that, the product meets its functions well.

I bought this ham "la union 1890" from acorn-fed. The ham is good within its limitations. I thought that a ham costing more than 100€ would have a different type of quality and more from the Jabugo area. It is an Iberian ham but a bit dry, without the fat and softness desired in a pata negra ham. Next time I want an authentic pata negra ham, without having the claws painted black.
