For a week, I have been waiting for news about the delivery of my order...

Several items from the order arrived damaged and crushed.

I ordered the sliced ham and it arrived whole.

The shoulder arrived a bit drier than expected.

The transport was terrible, one of the packages arrived destroyed and items were missing.

The shoulders were super narrow, with very little meat, and they sent me a selection of Iberians when it was supposed to be another batch.

This time the ham was so tender that it looked like fresh meat, a disaster. If it has been great other times.

I still can't comment on the products as I haven't tried them yet, but I'm not happy because the loin was smaller than the minimum it could be since the pieces could range between 350 and 450 gr, however, the one sent weighed 320 gr.

I still haven't tried the hams because we are waiting for the holidays..the cardboard package arrived all destroyed, a miracle that the hams were not damaged,,,

It is good, but for my taste too cured, it has become a bit dry.

The ham has turned out to be very very very salty, what a shame.

The order did not arrive according to the specifications indicated in the description of the batch. They could have contacted us first to see if we wanted it or, on the contrary, canceled it.

The buying process was correct, but my order has not yet arrived. I was absent on the delivery day and it is impossible to contact the courier company.

The red label's bridle was broken, loose inside the fabric sack. I thought about returning it, but after trying the ham I decided not to.

I have bought several times from jamónypaletilla, if I remember correctly, satisfactorily. On this last occasion, the ham did not weigh 5 kg, my scale showed 4.6 with the net and the bag on. Since it is a luggage scale, I didn't want to claim anything, because it can have a small error. When I started it, it seemed very cured, and when I got to the part of the shank, it was rotten. Honestly, I was disappointed.

I bought two Coppa Joselito, weight 1.25kg-1.5kg. One coppa was 1340gr, that's correct, the other 1025gr. He offers me a coupon for the next order. The previous order I ordered Joselito product and he sent me another product of inferior quality. Every time there is a problem.

The ham is quite salty and loses the good flavor it should have

I sent an email regarding the shoulder but haven't received a response. When I opened the shoulder everything was perfect in flavor and texture but when I turned it over it was completely dry and inedible.

I have ordered several times and I have always been happy. In any order, some incident may arise. This is the first time it has happened to me, but one of the 7 products I ordered came with damaged packaging, having lost the vacuum and with the consequent bad condition and smell. I contacted the email of jamonypaletilla, sent photos, and after 2 weeks, they still haven't replied. On another occasion, through the contact on the website, I reported an incident about the erroneous functioning of their page on a PC and on Android. I also did not get a response. The quantity of the damaged product is small, but not having replied gives the impression of neglect in customer service.

The 100% Iberian ham "Iberian wish" doesn't seem 100% Iberian to me

Perfect quality price

Very good cold cuts, the shoulder has no flavor... it only has fat

Very well shipped, arrived when they said. The flavor is great, it's delicious. But when removing the rind, excess bacon, and the weight of the bone, the total meat probably didn't reach 900g

I opened the shoulder I ordered with a black layer and it was full of mold and fungus (I have photos), after cleaning one layer, indeed the quality of the shoulder is very good!

Good morning. The delivered product did not include the bones of the ham. On the other hand, the shipping company SGL-ENVIALIA indicated to me that I was not at home when they were going to deliver the package. Completely false, as I was on my laptop watching the delivery process and it appeared that I was not at my home. This information appeared 2 times and was false. Finally, I had to drive to the company's warehouse. This is not the first time it has happened to me. I will not purchase products from your company until you confirm that you are not changing shipping companies. On the other hand, I would ask you to send me the bones of the ham.

Initially, I've only tried it, but it looks good

The work on the ham and shoulder itself is impeccable. They met deadlines, the product arrived perfectly vacuum packed and cut, and I'm very satisfied with that part. The ham itself leaves much to be desired, I'm aware that it's 100% Iberian but from feed, yet it still has very little flavor. Disappointed with the quality of the product. I will use it for stews.
