I bought a 100% Iberian feed ham "La Unión 1890" and it came with the white seal (correct) and the label said it was 50% Iberian. On a sticker placed over the 50% it said it was 100%... If it were 100% it would have its specific label. That said, the ham is at its curing point and it's good... but I don't believe it's 100% Iberian

Good afternoon, it's fine, another one I tried from some friends was better, and also at the time of the order it says 4 to 4.5kg and everything weighed 2200kg, I understand the waste but I don't think two kg weigh. I see few packages. I usually order shoulders cut in two different places and they come 20 packs of 100g and cubes at the same price. Thank you for allowing me to give my opinion. Maybe I'll repeat.
