Although they made an effort to solve the problem and that is appreciated. They have a big problem with the delivery company they use (Nacex). I hope they solve it decisively for the good functioning of their relationship with their customers.

A year ago these trays of 50% acorn were a 10, but my last 3 orders have disappointed me quite a bit, super fast shipping, but the ham arrives little cured and without acorn flavor, it seems like little cured white ham.

I ordered the half leg of 5 jotas and the website says it weighs 450-550 grams and I received one weighing 430 grams. At least it should have arrived at 450. It doesn't seem serious to me.

The service is perfect, the ham is very average, it's too cured, leaning towards dry. It's not worth what it cost, it's like any ham up to 80 € from the supermarket.. it was a gift and even gave us some cuts when we tried it. I expected more...
