The first order I made was spectacular, I ordered a shoulder from Joselito and it was very good. But in this second order I can't say the same, the ham has come very very dry, what a shame... at least it is good but super dry and the cheese is very good, that is for sure. I will probably repeat and we will see how the next order goes.

Recently I received one of your ACORN shoulders, upon opening it I found 250 grams of fat before seeing the lean meat, when I got to the lean it was excessively cured for being such a recent shipment of an acorn unit, that said, the price offer was good and the shipping logistics incredible, very fast. I had always rated them with 5 stars. This time not. A sausage arrived in bad condition due to lack of refrigeration; I was refunded. With this order, it's the second ham from Benito that we consume, and the first was phenomenal, but this second one is NOT of the same quality as the first, it's a bit hard in the area where it doesn't have fat and its flavor is more similar to a serrano ham.
