Regarding the product, we cannot comment yet because we have not tried it but I am sure it will be very good, just like last year. Our complaint is that when making the purchase, it was never indicated that the carrier would leave the pallet with the merchandise at the entrance and we had to carry the 21 hams to our office.

I bought a lot and they didn't send me some ham tacos that were included, I sent them an email and they told me to remind them on my next purchase and they didn't send me anything even though I told them I had bought them now I shouldn't have to wait for another purchase, they didn't reply and I was left without the tacos I had already paid for.

I bought a shoulder that was on a ham holder in the photo. I called by phone and they confirmed that yes, they would send the shoulder just as it appears in the photo. Well, no. It turned out that when I had it at home (of course, paid for), the holder was not included. It was not my confusion. It was bad information.

Very disappointed. In my last order, I bought Benito acorn-fed sausage and chorizo again, as on other occasions, and it has been a surprise because the taste is nothing like before. It turns out that what they sent me is Anselmo Benito, and not Benito like they used to sell. Both the chorizo and the sausage are of much lower quality. I have searched on other websites and found Benito sausage without Anselmo or other variations. I was quite disappointed because I had bought it for a celebration and was looking for the usual quality and found a rather average product.

Hello, on November 11 I received my orders, one of which arrived with 1 chorizo in bad condition/packaging, that same day I sent several emails with photos and to this day I have not received a response, but I have received emails to buy more lots. I bought 2, the first one arrived perfect, the cut, the flavor... the envelopes with the printed brand and the 100% label. The second ham is nothing like it, without a brand, no information of any kind, cut super thick and with a 'aftertaste'. I don't think it's acorn-fed. In short, never again.
