Whenever I can, I buy here, I give it 3 stars because I bought 2 kilos of regular serrano ham and it turned out salty but it can be eaten, I can't ask for more for its price but I recommend Jamon y Paletilla because I have already bought Iberian hams and shoulders and they are a delight, so the three stars are for this last order which was deboned serrano ham 2 kilos and cut into 4 quarters and it turned out salty, for the rest ham and shoulder are highly recommended, they have first-class products, thank you.

One of the 3 hams that came in our order did not meet the acceptable curing time, lacking many months. This was confirmed to us at the International School of Ham Cutters. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, they took 1 week to send the order, I contacted them and they told me it was due to the slicing, regarding this, the bags are a bit of a mess, sometimes they come separated with plastic, sometimes not, tasty flavor but it was very little cured. I have bought the 5J shoulder many times, I have cut most of it myself, I have ordered it sliced by machine twice and this last time by knife but the cut is very thick, it is not well done. The taste is good, but not to look like a steak... It would be very advisable for whoever cuts it to make much thinner cuts. We are not satisfied this time.

I received the ham on time and without problems. When I started it, I found a slight taste of humidity. I called and reported the problem, as I was passing near the warehouse I asked if I could stop by to change it. Once there we did a tasting with the warehouse managers and the taste had diminished but I still didn't find it good at all. I do not recommend it, I'm sorry. If they had changed it for me and it tasted the same I would have thought the same. If for them it was correct, I think it's fine, but it's not the taste we are used to. I will try other options.
