After checking that the customer is not very important for your company. I consider that a shoulder of 6.50 kg. receiving 20 packages of 0.100gr is a very high loss and it is already the second time in the previous one they got the order wrong and compensated me, it is true, but with some packages that only had fat completely white. This time we are not satisfied for two reasons: a) The ham is too tender. b) The box did not come in good condition and there were two envelopes (one of ham and another, of bones) that were not vacuum sealed. We suspect that someone opened the box at some point during shipping.

Among other products I bought, a pack of 10 containers of iberico cebo ham, which is very shocking, the packaging says 100% iberico, but then on the same label it says, ingredients: 100% iberico cebo ham (50% iberica breed), I don't know what this means, but also the mentioned ham has practically no salt, I started a second container in case it was different, but no, it tasted the same, therefore conclusion, a deficient product, especially if you pay 47.50 € per kilo.
