Due to its flavor, it does not seem to be a feed ham. It is also very salty. I will not buy more loose packets.

I have bought several hams, most of them from Benito and they are usually very good. The one before this last one was delicious. The last one, smaller than usual because there were no medium ones, turned out to be a bit dry and, being drier, somewhat salty as well.

The delivery was fine, but I did not like the cut of the ham at all, very long slices and stuck with rubbery strips. The packaging had a lot of plastic and little ham, definitely bad, I did not like it

An IBERICO that I bought in deboned piece and very soft.

Among other products I bought, a pack of 10 containers of iberico cebo ham, which is very shocking, the packaging says 100% iberico, but then on the same label it says, ingredients: 100% iberico cebo ham (50% iberica breed), I don't know what this means, but also the mentioned ham has practically no salt, I started a second container in case it was different, but no, it tasted the same, therefore conclusion, a deficient product, especially if you pay 47.50 € per kilo.

The shipment was delayed 5/6 days, I tried to contact them by phone and by email, IMPOSSIBLE NO ONE ANSWERS. My order was for 1 50% iberico acorn ham cut by knife, as the quality was average and salty, the knife cut was good.

The ham is too dry and hard, you can tell it is packaged and not cut by hand but by machine.

The ham is as I expected with a good quality-price ratio. The cheese is fine, but I expected it to be a bit softer for being semi-cured. Still, I recommend it.

I received a super dry ham, I wrote to ask for a solution and they haven't even responded... The first shoulder was good, the second was average and the last ham was very dry... they should check before sending, it's a lottery, and they don't respond if there are problems.

The truth is that I expected the quality to be better. At home we are used to consuming iberico products and these are not comparable at all. I wanted to try, but I admit that we have been disappointed.
