I found while cutting it, with the plate of the type of ham, but in between, cut and having although it came vacuum-packed, having to throw ham around the house piece of the plate, it was slimy and almost with green. I did not try it, after having to throw away about 1/2 kilo of ham, my anger took away my appetite.... I have to ask you a question.. How is it possible that a shoulder of black leg ham..does not smell like ham???? I hope for a response thank you.

Good service, speed. I would like there to be greater quality control over the products sent (if possible). My purchase was a shoulder from brand 959, weighing 4kg, with 28 months of curing. The babilla was inedible. The contramaza is rated 10. This shoulder should have been consumed 5 or 6 months ago, and that would have been a total success (Sirs. of Consorcio de Jabugo, do not wait until the product is about to expire to make your offers)

Everything went excellently, except for the notifications about the order status. I received the product without any indication that it had been sent for delivery. When I received it, the status still appeared as 'In preparation'. I don't give 5 stars because they can and should improve in this aspect. Correct flavor and curing of the 20 vacuum packs of the cebo shoulder I bought, the only downside is that they do not send the slices separated with a film or something similar since when trying to separate them they are so tightly packed that when trying to take just one, it breaks along with the one below. I always leave it open for about fifteen minutes before consuming and it's the same. Thank you
