Half of the paletilla is too dry and hard, the flavor is nice, but what a shame with the other half

I bought a boneless paletilla in 4 pieces, the truth is that it has no taste at all, terrible, and one of the pieces I couldn't even slice with the machine as it fell apart into pieces, it is like interlocked

The cheese is good, but the paletilla is as dry and hard as a goat's knee, no wonder it was on sale to get rid of them

I have been buying ham and shoulder for a long time and I almost always love the product I buy. Also, the quality price ratio is very good. On this occasion, I chose another type of ham. Instead of 50€ Iberian breed which is what I usually buy, I wanted to try a selection ham and the truth is that I am quite disappointed. The mistake was mine. I have no problem with the company, but I will not buy from them again.

I am satisfied with the purchase and I will repeat, the only thing that has bothered me a bit is that of the 4 pieces of the NAVIDUL boneless ham that I ordered, 2 have come with loss of vacuum.
