It tastes good. The only thing is that I thought the shoulder would yield more... That is, I thought it would provide more packages.

The product meets the expected quality. The salt point, flavor, and texture are very good. In this aspect, I would buy it again without hesitation. I don't give it 5 stars for two details: 1- The delivery time was too long, and I had to contact the company to know the reason. They claimed a high demand for sliced ham, but I think it got misplaced or when I inquired, they expedited the delivery. The fact is that after the inquiry, it arrived almost immediately. The other reason is the packaging. It is practically impossible to peel off the slices. I am new to buying in this format, but I find it much more convenient to do so with the packets bought at the supermarket. Something that gave me a lot of confidence is the weight of the packets. I never weigh what I buy, but in this case, I was curious since there were so many packets at once; I wondered if they would all weigh 100 grams including the packet... And I was pleasantly surprised to see that they all fluctuated between 116 and 120 grams. For all this, based on my experience, I recommend purchasing from this company. It weighed 7.700 and the week/batch number is 05/24. 008/24, I don't know if this corresponds to 30 months of curing... at first it was fine but soon the fat starts to be chewy and very little cured, very soft

I made this order since an identical order was made through my company. But this ham has nothing to do with it. I'm sorry, I will not buy blindly again.

The reception was on time, although due to the holidays the delivery was delayed.

The order took a while to arrive (more or less within the deadlines), the shoulder weighed just right (much less than 4 kg) and the flavor leaves much to be desired..... I will not repeat

We ordered some batches for the company and by chance we realized that all the batches came with two pieces less of products. It wasn't just one batch that was mistaken, no, it was in all of them. We had to ask all the workers if they had received those products and they all agreed that they had not. It is very unpleasant to have to ask the workers if the batch was correct, it is not a company task, you have to ensure that everything is correct. We complained and they sent us the missing products without a single apology, they just sent them. Imagine having to package and deliver the missing products to the workers. It was horrible.

It arrived as promised, good quality but one kg short in packages of a 4 kg ham. a 4 kg ham.

The cured sheep cheese Don Bernardo is very tasty, it has a penetrating flavor but I expected more curing and it turned out quite tender. My brother bought another one like mine and it turned out very dry, so it has much more flavor.

The shoulder is very good, but quite dry and not as enjoyable.
