Attention and problem resolution correct. Maybe a detail when there is a fault in the product would be good

Hello, I only give 2 stars because the received shoulder is very, very cured, meaning very dry and hard... therefore too salty... it's very hard to cut... they should review this and take them out of the dryer earlier; regarding the flavor, very little flavor; anyway, we are eating it.

I sent the ham to my trusted store to have it vacuum cut into 6 pieces. I ate the tip and the bottom (the underside), and it turned out very soft and fatty.

The time it took for the product was very correct, the product is not bad for its price, maybe I miss more curing time

The shoulder I bought I expected to have more quality; the meat is good, but it has too much fat even being a shoulder.

The item, although it does not prevent its functioning, seems used since it comes with a kind of wear on the chrome.

Good quality, good service, but the weights are always adjusted to the minimum, it would be advisable to review that issue.

The ham is of good quality and I am satisfied. But the delivery company is very deficient. First, they arrive at home without warning and there was no one, and then they tell me that I have to go to a fairly distant industrial area from my home to pick it up. I contacted jamonypaletilla and they resolved it immediately.

Very hard; I had to throw away a large part of the ham. If I left it a week without cutting, I would have to throw it away.

Little cured shoulder, it releases a lot of oil; I have bought several here, but from this brand, I do not recommend it.
