The perfect shoulder, the flaw: the courier service. Nacex is one of the worst companies: they don't call when they can't find you at the address nor leave a note, you have to contact them when it should be the other way around, that they contact you. This is not the first time I have problems with them.

They delivered it in a well-sealed cardboard box, the piece well packaged, it is of good quality with a weight of 2.250kg. Although it has turned out salty. I will buy it again with an offer. The chorizo is good.

It took too long, and the ham has some mold spots inside between the meat and the fat, and in flavor, for being Iberian cebo it doesn't taste like that and is a bit salty for my taste.

If I have to rate the shoulder, I would give it a 4. The initial shipping a 0, horrible management from nacex, days later with the mediation of their customer service they solved the issue but the feeling of the shipping is bad.

Hello, the ham is delicious, the chorizos and the cheese. Highly recommended and the treatment was magnificent, the purchase was easy and nothing was canceled. The only bad thing would be the shipping box... totally destroyed, it looked like a moving box and a somewhat basic presentation. Also to say that the ham arrived uncovered in the packaging due to poor handling during transport. I repeat once more... DELICIOUS AND VERY SATISFIED. I WILL BUY AGAIN and happy holidays

We haven't tried the ham yet. The first time they arrived with 2 kilos less, they quickly changed it without a problem but the boxes arrived in very bad condition. Battered and broken from transport.
