The quality/price of this shoulder is very good. It's worth spending a little more than the typical Iberian shoulders from large supermarkets that range from 50€-60€. I don't give it 5 stars only because in my opinion and taste, it should be a little more cured. Maybe it comes a bit raw. Another positive point is that it comes with the right amount of fat.

The last purchase was the offer of 20 envelopes of shoulder 50% Iberian; in the product description it specified "sliced by knife", when this is not the case, the envelopes come sliced by machine, if I had known this I probably would not have bought this offer, I would have gone to another that was really "sliced by knife", the quality price relationship is very acceptable, but the disappointment has been the slicing that does not correspond with what was offered on the page.

The devil is in the details. I would give you 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that my order included an expired sausage from the day I received the order. I live in Holland, so it doesn't make sense for me to return it and ask for another. But these things make consumers dissatisfied. Normally, when you prepare orders, you should check the expiration date considering the shipping days.
