Good flavor, although I expected something better. Presentation and packaging somewhat complicated, being able to separate the pieces individually, I think it can be greatly improved in that aspect. Slow shipping, probably due to the dates. Recommendable.

Although we have not opened the material yet, it is very difficult to talk to customer service. They do not respond to emails or the phone. Likewise, they do not respect the observations that are detailed as a specific delivery date.

Well, I know it is not excessively expensive, but despite that, I have been disappointed, it is somewhat dry and not very tasty, the piece that has bacon which is very little is better but the rest is as I mentioned earlier, anyway thank you very much when you open a ham you never know how it will turn out. I bought a lot and they didn't send me some ham tacos that were included, I sent them an email and they told me to remind them on my next purchase and they didn't send me anything even though I told them I had bought them now I shouldn't have to wait for another purchase, they didn't reply and I was left without the tacos I had already paid for.

Very disappointed. In my last order, I bought Benito acorn-fed sausage and chorizo again, as on other occasions, and it has been a surprise because the taste is nothing like before. It turns out that what they sent me is Anselmo Benito, and not Benito like they used to sell. Both the chorizo and the sausage are of much lower quality. I have searched on other websites and found Benito sausage without Anselmo or other variations. I was quite disappointed because I had bought it for a celebration and was looking for the usual quality and found a rather average product.

Hello, on November 11 I received my orders, one of which arrived with 1 chorizo in bad condition/packaging, that same day I sent several emails with photos and to this day I have not received a response, but I have received emails to buy more lots. Impossible to contact you by phone! You didn't respect our order! You promised by phone and this was added in the observation in my order to receive support for ham and also knife: unfortunately you didn't send support and knife as promised (two supports and 2 knives).
