I have bought 3 times, the last one this month. But this time, the shoulder leaves much to be desired, as it is very salty.

Good service quite fast. I will buy again. Regarding the Joselito Paletilla, excellent, the Ahuyentalobos cheese is good but a bit dry, I prefer Flor de Esgueva. And the ham holder arrived without the gift knife..

Delighted with my first purchase, I bought a 8 kg ham. I ordered it sliced and vacuum-packed, good flavor for daily use, breakfast, tapas, for tortillas, for soups. A good price, the shipping and attention magnificent, very happy, I will repeat. Thank you.
