Saw received the day after ordering. Got up and running with no particular problems (chain oil, bar and chain installation). I cut and sliced a 35 cm diameter plum tree without any problems. This machine is an excellent replacement for a petrol chainsaw (weight, exhaust fumes, noise). Very satisfied with my purchase.

Perfect relationship. Perfect responsiveness, perfect product. On the other hand, big delivery problem due to my choice of UPS delivery. A week late because of UPS. I'll take this as a lesson, but it doesn't alter my confidence in Jardins d'affaires. I'd advise them to change delivery company...

Dos semanas para recibir un pedido por el que pagas para recibirlo en 4 días máximo. Escribes a la empresa y nadie contesta. Además al bidón le falta el pasador del cierre pese a pagarlo como nuevo. El doble de caro que Amazon pero lo compré porque decían que llegaba antes ( no fue cierto ). No repetiría salvo si fuera gratis.
