purchase and delivery on time, just need to better protect the material sent as the plastic connector for connecting a hose to clean the cutting deck ordered was broken, I cobbled it together so as not to delay assembly of the part... good first experience overall.

The part I ordered arrived in perfect condition. The company's advice enabled me to choose the right part. I'm not happy because when I ordered my 2 items were in stock and then one was missing. So I waited 2 months. I sent an email to know the status of my order. Still at the same point! I refused the missing item, so I received one item out of 2. Customer service quickly understood my problem and gave me a solution. I don't know if I will recommend this site.
