For the product ordered RAS on the other hand for the delivery I pay 9.90 to have UPS finally I ss delivered by Amazon, that I boycott! What's more, Amazon delivery is cheaper, so I should be reimbursed the difference - NOT GLOP!

Hello, you bought your item knowing that there was a 6 to 10 day lead time as indicated on our site because it's a part that we don't have in stock. You ordered on April 6th, we made a restocking request on the 7th and it was shipped on the 12th. You received it on April 17th. We have kept our promise. No problem with the blade screws, the product complies. However, I bought 3 products from you and I'm paying 3 times the shipping costs! (At €5 per bolt, that's a bit much!) Couldn't you do a grouped calculation?

I am extremely happy with the quality of the material supplied. However, the after-sales service is unacceptable. At the time of my purchase, many tools were out of stock, but this did not appear anywhere on the site... So when I ordered, three days later there was no return on my order. I sent an e-mail for more information. That's when I found out about the lack of certain tools. I asked if the rest would arrive soon, and was told that they were waiting until they had the whole order before sending it. Without much precision as to a date. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have ordered all the tools, given to me by my family for my birthday, and I would have taken the rest elsewhere. But there it was, impossible to change the order... After several threats to ask for a refund, with my right of withdrawal. It took me 10 days after the purchase to get good news and finally my parcel 2 days later. We need to review the communication of the site and the service.

However, after analyzing the exchanges you had with our customer advisor, you were indeed notified that 3 items were out of stock. What's more, on our site, when you consult an item, under the price indication, you can see whether an item will arrive in 24 to 48 hours with the words "AVAILABLE - DELIVERY WITHIN 24/48 HOURS" or whether it is available later, generally between 6 and 10 days in our warehouse, with the words "Available within 6 to 10 days". I can see that you haven't looked at all our availabilities, otherwise you wouldn't be so unhappy.
