Indeed, we made this choice due to the loss of many packages, and the fact that the postman did not ask for your signature is not normal. Hello Bastien, Thank you for your review. I just took a look at your Colissimo tracking where it is indicated that the postman could not deliver your package to you. The procedure followed when a package cannot be handed to you in person or directly into your mailbox is to send it to a pickup point. Your package was therefore deposited at the Post Office where you had to go. We are in no way responsible for the problem you encountered. Indeed, we shipped your package on time and the postman attempted to deliver it (according to the information we have), which is why we regret that you seem to hold us responsible for this bad experience with our good old national post. We place a lot of importance on transparency at Jimini's, which is why we have included a photo of the product held in hand on each product sheet of our site (when useful). This gives a good idea of the product size. Of course, we also display the net weight of the product. We also provide a usage indication in each product sheet with the number of people who can use the product. However, we will think about a way to make this information clearer. For reasons beyond our control, Mondial Relay could not ensure the delivery of the package within the normal timeframe of 2 to 4 working days.
