Hello Madam, First of all, please know that we regret that you were not satisfied with your experience at JIMINI'S. We do not make a margin on shipping costs and even take on part of their cost (preparing and sending packages does indeed have a cost, even if some e-commerce merchants make us forget it), which is why we consider our shipping costs to be fair, from 4.90 to 10.90 depending on the carrier choice. You wished to use the Chronopost service for a 24-hour delivery, for an order of 14.92 and a shipping cost of 10.90. You therefore paid less in shipping costs than in shipping fees. Finally, Chronopost did not respect its delivery deadline for an unknown reason; on our part, we shipped your order on time. If you had contacted us, we could have found a solution.
