A delivery supposedly within 72 hours received 6 days later, I needed it on Friday and received it on Saturday so I have a package of insects that is no longer useful to me, 60 euros in the trash!

For reasons we do not know, the package was not delivered to you, neither Wednesday nor Thursday. Since you did not try to contact us at that time, we could not act to offer you the best solution.
