Hello Joséphine! Thank you for your review and feedback regarding the size of our packaging. The choice of box size was made to protect the product from potential crushing and the size of the bag containing the insects is determined by our packaging machine. A bag too small and the insects will be crushed by the jaws that are used to seal the bag. A bag too large and it's an unnecessary use of plastic. The quantities are a bit tight but I imagine the price per kilo corresponds to the normal price. In terms of taste, you don't really taste the insects at all, you mainly taste the spices/seasonings. I wanted to try, order very well but I am not a fan in terms of tasting.
